DIGITAL MARKETING

1.       DEFINITION

Digital marketing is the use of digital sources based on electronic signal like Internet, digital display advertising and other digital media such as television, radio, and mobile phones in the promotion of brands and products to consumers. Digital marketing may cover the more traditional marketing areas such as Direct Marketing by providing the same method of communicating with an audience but in a digital fashion.

2.       FACTORS IN DIGITAL MARKETING

1) Master the basics; Whilst social media, mobile and other channels are dominating discussion in the digital landscape it is important to master the basics. Email is one channel which many marketers are still utilising the spray and prey approach. By deploying a more sophisticated strategy in the email field, organisations can gain far more value from their database asset.

2) Play the field; It is important when developing a digital strategy not to rely on one singular channel to drive the majority of site traffic. This is important for a few reasons. The first is that there are inherent risks involved in relying on channels like organic search as a Google algorithm change can cause a significant decline in visitors overnight. The other key reason is that different digital channels support the achievement of different goals – for example email marketing is a key part of any retention strategy online whilst PPC is a core acquisition strategy.

3) Become a publisher; Content makes the web go round and brands which invest in delivering valuable and unique content will excel online in social and search and even email.

4) Focus on site not just digital marketing; Digital success is derived from utilising a combination of digital marketing strategies and delivering a good user experience. Often organisations throw more and more money into their promotional activity without optimising their site experience.

5) Give digital the talent it deserves; Many organisations in Australia are hiring junior resources to champion digital and drive value from the channel. Brands that are successful online will be those that invest in the senior professionals who are experienced in monetising the channel and that can drive organisational change.

6) Manage with an analytical mindset; As most things in digital can be measured it is important that decision making is based on analysis of individual channel performance. My personal tip is to establish dashboards for major digital channels that you are investing in to monitor outcomes and identify tactical changes / next steps to improve channel performance.

7) Be sceptical of buzz; Before investing in particular initiatives / channels understand the implications of your decision. A classic example is the assumption marketers are making about iPhone being the most popular handset in Australia. The truth of the matter is Android is growing and Nokia is still the most popular handset in Australia – so why is everyone building an iPhone app and ignoring the need for a mobile site. Some digital trends gain more media attention than others so it is important not to take things at face value and become well read within the digital space.

8) Dedicate some of your time / resources to experimentation; To get ahead in digital you sometimes need to push the boundaries and do something a bit different to be noticed. In Australia, this may even mean going digital in the first place.

Answer : I think the more important experience, because experience is more real and I can better understand or see directly what happened in the appeal book that does not necessarily and certainly not convincing, and the experience was easy to remember or have special memories, and I think the experience I gained knowledge of large scope than the book

Answer : My opinion lecture or University is one way to achieve the desired goal one of his jobs.

For example, I entered the University because of my own choice and fully supported by parents. Because, I think this is the best way to achieve the goal - my goal. With the entrance of the university department in which I select the management, I get the science - the science that is useful for my future career. I also get a new experience for the students where we are busy with a task of considerable weight from the previous university and drained of energy that can be spelled out. And college graduates do not guarantee a decent job as desired. Imagine, in this era of increasingly sophisticated job search more difficult and the competition becomes more intense where the jobs of university graduates to see where.

In conclusion College or University is very good for our lives better, because here we can get the goals we want.

My experience during my pursuit of my education has received job training at the vocational high school and I have run a school or college education and a program called the study Twining

PROSES DAUR ULANG JADIKAN USAHA MODAL DENGKUL

Telah saya amati banyak barang-barang yang dibuang begitu saja atau sudah kita anggap sampah, dan telah saya amati juga banyak orang yang memikirkan pekerjaan karena tidak dapat bekerja dikarenakan memiliki ijazah yang rendah

Tapi , banyak orang juga yang tidak memanfaatkan proses daur ulang yang ada di depan mata tanpa kita sadari , coba kita perhatikan banyak sekali barang atau yang kita anggap sampah . padahal pada barang yang sudah kita buang dan sudah kita anggap sampah itu adalah salah satu dapat di jadikan sumber penghasilan bagi para pengangguran yang memiliki ijazah rendah , para pengangguran ini dapat mebuka usaha proses daur ulang .

usaha ini bisa di namakan “USAHA MODAL DENGKUL” .

Telah saya temukan dan saya perhatikan ada salah satu dari ribuan barang yang sudah kita anggap sampah yang telah di buang se enak nya , sampah itu dapat di jadikan penghasilan yang sangat besar yaitu Bonggol jagung atau bagian tulang jagung , saya memilih itu karena saya fikir saya dapat mengurangi atau tidak memperluas masalah global warming didunia ini , saya dapat mengatakan itu karena bonggol jagung dapat mengganti jenis hiasan yg terbuat dari bahan kayu . jadi, bahan kayu tetap bisa di jadikan kertas dan barang yg lebih penting lagi . dari bonggol jagung ini dapat membuat hiasan lampu , hiasan dinding , pajangan di meja , gantungan kunci dan lain nya .

Cara memproses nya sangat lah mudah :
bersihkan bonggol jagung yang telah di ambil biji jagung nya lalu di cuci bersih dan di rendam di dalam air dengan cairan pengeras agar lebih akurat kemudian bonggol jagung di jemur hingga kering tidak basah sama sekali setalah di jemur hingga kering , bonggol jagung di amplas hingga halus lalu di bentuk sesuai apa yang kita ingin kan atau sesuai pesanan langganan

Itu lah masukan saya bagi para pengangguran yang ingin mendapat penghasilan hanya memiliki keterampilan , tidak hanya dari bonggol jagung saja , Banyak lagi peluang usaha dari proses daur ulang
